  • I make by hand and sell beautiful Vegan Friendly Soaps that moisturise and nourish your skin and leave a sense of wellbeing. Using essential oils and no palm oils, preservatives or nasties..
  • All my soaps are covered by a Cosmetic Safety report and meet all the EU guidelines for safety. 
  • I am a member of the Guild of Soap Makers and I have full product liability insurance.
  • My soaps are tested on family and friends. I only make soaps I believe in and use myself,
  • 100% Vegan and cruelty free.

  • I am passionate about health, wellbeing and the environment, I have been vegan for 33 years. 
  • I make hand crafted soap to my own unique plant-based recipe. Vegan friendly and suitable for sensitive skin.
  • My soap is made in small batches, with love, attention and in a calm atmosphere accompanied by classical music. 
  • The bars contain NO preservatives, palm oil, artificial colours or nasties! They are made using crystal energized, filtered, alkaline water and essential oils that all have healing properties.
  • The oils used are coconut, shea, cocoa and castor. 
  • Unique and eye-catching packaging that is simple and rustic, using upcycled dictionaries, old maps and recyclable materials. 

MISSION STATEMENT AND COMPANY VISION/ETHOS

  • To create and sell beautiful handcrafted, plant-based, vegan friendly soaps that will nourish the whole person, leaving skin feeling moisturised and clean.  
  • To create a bar of soap that is long lasting, smells divine and creates a sense of Joy when used. 
  • Committed to providing our customers with an experience as well as a product. 
  • Long term plan is to run workshops/retreat weekends/bridal workshops 
  • I am also the founder of a trust called Saved By Soap.
  • Set up with the intention to run workshops to support and uplift women who have been through the prison system, experienced homelessness or domestic violence, to help nourish, build confidence, self-esteem and enhance their skill base.
  • Selling to our local community and beyond.

Any personal information you provide to The Vegan Soap Company London, directly or via www.thevegansoapcompanylondon.co.uk and from which you can be identified is stored securely and confidentially and will be processed fairly and lawfully in accordance with our privacy notice. We will never sell or pass on your data we may send a newsletter, should you not wish this to happen, please email and ask for your email to be removed contact@thevegansoapcompanylondon.co.uk.

So that we can deliver your order to you, we will provide your details to our couriers and postal service providers that deliver your order.

Events beyond our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes but is not limited to: Strikes or other industrial action. Civil commotion, terrorism or threat of, war or threat or preparation for. Fire, explosion, adverse weather conditions, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster. Disruption to supplies or delivery methods. Acts of government or regulatory bodies. Disruption to public or private telecommunications networks.

Occasionally, parcels going overseas may be delayed at customs control when entering your country. This is beyond our control and we cannot be responsible for the late arrival of parcels detained in this way.

Arrangements

After placing your order you will receive an automated acknowledgement by email. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm acceptance to you by confirming that your order has been dispatched.

Once we accept your order, a contract to purchase and deliver products takes effect between you and The Vegan Soap Company London. You pay the sum that you see at the end of the checkout process, together with the delivery. Upon receipt of your order for the products you will be charged for the products and the delivery costs.

Products will be at your sole risk from the time of delivery to you.

The Contract

When we confirm acceptance of your order by confirming the products have been despatched a legally binding contract will exist between us. If we do not confirm acceptance, we will refund your payment.

Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. If we believe a customer acts against these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend their order.

This includes non-payment of ordered products and fraudulent use of our website and/or sales. We also reserve the right to bar certain e-mail addresses and telephone numbers from accessing our website to place orders. We will not accept an order from any customer who we have suspended.

Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we have received full payment.

A person who is not party to the contract shall not have any rights under or in connection with it.

Resale

By ordering from our website, you agree not to commercially resell any of our products. Commercially reselling our products is a breach of these terms and conditions and your agreement with us.

Payment and Security

We do not hold your credit card data. You do not enter any credit card data into the site. When you come to pay for your products you leave our site, and your payment is processed through the cards secure server.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX, through stripe. We also accept PayPal and gift cards payments through stripe

Payment will be taken in GB pounds (£), and if applicable, your card will be charged according to the exchange rate at that time.

Personal data is not just created by a user’s interactions with our site. Personal data is also generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third-party embeds.

By default WordPress does not collect any personal data about visitors, and only collects the data shown on the User Profile screen from registered users. The plugins used on this website may collect personal data Site is managed by WooCommerce.

We have noted the data which WordPress collects by default.

Contact forms

By default, WordPress does not include a contact form. If you use a contact form plugin, use this subsection to note what personal data is captured when someone submits a contact form, and how long you keep it. For example, you may note that you keep contact form submissions for a certain period for customer service purposes, but you do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.

All site plugins keep data for analysis and to improve performance I have provided the cookies which WordPress installs by default.

Who we share your data with

Woo commerce have access to data. We as a company do not share any of your data. By default WordPress does not share any personal data with anyone.

Data is retained as required by law.

Where we send your data

European data protection law requires data about European residents which is transferred outside the European Union to be safeguarded to the same standards as if the data was in Europe. We have a secure site and safeguard all information.
